Why Tech Reboot?

Tech Reboot was born from the belief that transitioning into tech shouldn’t be an overwhelming or unattainable dream. We saw a gap in the market—career changers, especially those over 30, facing the challenge of breaking into an ever-evolving industry. Our mission is to change that narrative. By providing accessible resources, community support, and hands-on guidance, Tech Reboot empowers individuals to make that leap with confidence. It’s not just about landing a job; it’s about thriving in a career that you’re passionate about and excited to grow in.

How It All Began

Tech Reboot began with my own career change—a pivotal moment in my life when I decided to step away from Electrical engineering and dive into the tech world.

After years of feeling unfulfilled, I realized that my passion for technology, problem-solving, and building things was too strong to ignore. But transitioning into a new field wasn’t easy. I faced challenges like learning new skills, navigating the complexities of the tech landscape, and dealing with the uncertainty that comes with starting over.

There were moments of doubt, but I kept pushing forward, determined to make it work. Through this journey, I realized there was a need for others like me—people who wanted to change careers but didn’t know where to start. That’s when Tech Reboot was born.

I created Tech Reboot to offer practical guidance, a supportive community, and real strategies to help career changers navigate their transitions into tech.
